Are your classes suitable for beginners?

Our classes are suitable for all! our teachers are passionate about aiding you to get to know your body better and will offer various options during the class so you can choose what works best for your body.

What is your cancellation policy?

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for both classes and personal training sessions. If you have any concerns, please email and we will help to the best of our ability.

What should I expect for my first class?

All our classes are low impact but depending on the class you have chosen you may break a little bit of a sweat, and may feel a little achy the next day. Our teacher will guide you through the session, they will also be available before and after to answer any questions.

What should I wear?

We currently only offer virtual classes, so you should wear anything that you feel comfortable in and allows you to move freely (pyjamas are welcome!).

I'm new to movement classes, how should I prepare?

You need very little to prepare for your class. Just bring yourself, some water and we would suggest logging on 5 minutes before we start to meet your teacher, ask any questions and get comfortable.
